My Qualifications

I spent eight (8) years Active Duty in the Army and several years in the Air Force National Guard. I retired, the first time, as a Vice President of a Fortune 200 company responsible for directing their Worldwide Customer Service, Repair and Technical Support Division. I have lived in Edmond since 1988 and raised four (4) children here. I have been fortunate to have started two (2) sucessful companies, selling both since retiring the first time. Oklahoma is home.

I am a FEMA Disaster Inspector (Federal Emergency Management Administration).

I believe everyday in our life must involve continuous learning: Change is truly the only constant. While the State of Oklahoma and various Associations I am a member of require 20+ hours of Continuing Ed annually, I am a true believer in it. In just the past twelve months, I have completed over 200 hours of continuing education.

Passed the National Home Inspection Test!

I am licensed and certified Home Inspector by the State of Oklahoma, Construction Industries Board (CIB).

I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

I provide a FREE 96 page “NOW THAT YOU’VE HAD A HOME INSPECTION” to each client after the Home Inspection. It provides information on how items in the home work, what you should do to maintain your home and save Energy.
